WHAT YOU'LL NEED

1           tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil, divided
4           slices of turkey bacon, chopped
1 1/4      ounces pork tenderloin, or
1 1/2      ounces deli ham, chopped
1/2     small yellow onion, finely chopped
3/4         cup frozen peas
1/2         cup chopped green beans
1           clove garlic, minced
1           egg
1 1/2      cups cooked brown rice
1           teaspoon toasted sesame oil
1           tablespoon tamari sauce

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

1           tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil, divided

HOW TO MAKE IT

1 Heat 2 teaspoons of olive oil in a medium, nonstick skillet or wok pan over medium-high heat. Add the turkey bacon and pork. Fry until crisp. Place the bacon on a paper towel–lined plate.
2 In the same pan, add the remaining olive oil along with the onion, peas, green beans, and garlic. Sautée for 2 to 3 minutes, or until tender. Slide the vegetables to one side of the pan.
3 In a small bowl, lightly beat the egg, and add to the opposite side of the pan. Scramble until cooked through, then combine with the vegetables.
4 In a small cup, combine the sesame oil and tamari.
5 Return the bacon and pork back to the pan along with cooked rice and stir. Remove from the heat, and drizzle with the sesame oil and tamari mixture.
