WHAT YOU'LL NEED

3 3/4 ounces lean ground beef, 95%
1       teaspoon finely chopped yellow onion
1       tablespoon ketchup, no added sugar
1       teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2    teaspoon liquid smoke
1       teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 1/2 6-inch tortilla wraps of choice
1/4    cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1       tomato, sliced
3/4    cup shredded lettuce

2       6-inch tortilla wraps of choice
1/4    cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1       tomato, sliced
3/4    cup shredded lettuce

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

5       ounces lean ground beef, 95%

HOW TO MAKE IT

1 Add the ground beef, onion, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, liquid smoke, and Dijon mustard to a large bowl. Mix with your hands until evenly combined.
2 Heat a medium, nonstick saucepan over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned for about 6 to minutes.
3 Meanwhile, sprinkle shredded cheese inthe center of each tortilla. Distribute the beef mixture evenly on top of cheese on each tortilla. Carefully roll up the sides
of the tortilla over the filling toward the center, pressing gently to fold burrito-style.
4 Place the wraps on a preheated grill or pan for 2 to 3 minutes per side, or until the cheese is melted. Carefully remove the wraps and place them on a plate. Gently open the wraps to tuck in sliced tomato and shredded lettuce. Close the wraps again and cut across the center sideways into halves.
