HOW TO MAKE IT

Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C). Line a baking dish with aluminum foil and coat with 4 quick sprays of nonstick spray. Place the ham on top with cut side down. To make the glaze, whisk together maple syrup, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, fresh rosemary, and pepper in a small bowl. Brush the ham evenly withthe glaze mixture using about ¼ cups. Place the ham into the oven and brush with remaining maple syrup mixture every 30-45 minutes until the ham has reaching an internal temperature of 140°F. Let stand for 5-10 minutes before cutting.
