2     tablespoons barbecue sauce, no added sugar
4    cloves garlic, minced
2     tablespoons ketchup, no added sugar
2     tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce

HOW TO MAKE IT

1 Coat a large, nonstick skillet lightly with cooking oil. Sear both sides
of the chicken thighs until browned on all sides, but not yet cooked through. Transfer to the slow cooker in a single layer.
2 In a small bowl, combine the barbeque sauce, ketchup, and soy sauce.
3 Pour the mix evenly on the chicken thighs. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 7 hours.
4 Serve over mashed potatoes with butter, or use the food swap tables in the Sculpt Plan for starch and rest of healthy fats to create your side.
